Sell gift vouchers online. Scan them at the till.
Someone buys a voucher at midnight. In the morning your staff scan it, take what was spent, and the rest stays on the voucher. No shoebox of paper slips.

How it works
- The customer buys the voucher on your website and pays by card
- They receive the voucher by email, ready to forward or print
- At the till, staff scan it and take the amount used
- The remaining balance updates on its own
What staff can do with a balance
A voucher is rarely spent in one visit. The balance has to survive a coffee, a cancelled stay, or a booking still to come.
- Part-redemption, so a €50 voucher can pay for a €12 lunch and keep the rest
- Balances returned when a booking paid with a voucher is cancelled
- The same voucher can be used towards a booking, not only a till sale
On the water in Dingle
Dingle Floating Sauna sells vouchers and promotions on its own site. Staff redeem them against a session rather than against a paper ticket.
You do not need a new website first
The voucher page can sit on the site you already have. If you want us to host the whole site as well, that is a separate job.
Walk through one voucher, start to finish.
Buy, email, scan, and the balance that is left. Twenty minutes is enough to see if it fits the till you already use.
